Kate's Cardigan Continued

I worked on my taxes yesterday and finished them in less than one hour. Turbotax truly makes it easy, especially if used in the past. It imports data from previous years and even imports your W2. I dreaded doing them because I thought I was going to have to pay, but I WAS WRONG! I'm getting a refund. Yeah.
Finished one sleeve on my sweater, Kate's Cardigan. Concerned when I was approaching the end of the sleeve because it was longer than it should be. Heather at the Sow's Ear was a great help. She spent time with me at the late night knit on Friday and came up with a great suggestion. Since the length of the sleeve was already close to correct size and the cuff adds 2.5" I could fold the cuff over. That means I didn't have to pull most of the sleeve out. Apparently my row gauge was off slightly which added the extra inches. I really did check my gauge prior to starting, but was paying more attention to stitch size than row size. Lesson learned. Gauge is very very very important and being off just a tiny bit can add inches you don't want.
